Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing time
Orders are packed within 24–48 hours after the UPI payment is verified. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 2–7 working days depending on your pincode. Remote locations may take slightly longer.
Shipping charges
Free delivery is offered on all prepaid orders unless a delivery fee is shown at checkout. The final payable amount is always displayed before you pay.
Tracking your order
Use the Track page and enter the mobile number given at checkout to see the latest status of your order.
Undelivered orders
If a courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the parcel returns to us and we refund the amount after it reaches our warehouse.
